1. Does it show any error message when driver fails to update through windows update?
2. You mentioned you tried some troubleshooters, what troubleshooters have you tried?
3. What is the exact model number of the Tenda Wireless Network Card you are using?

Uninstall the Tenda Wireless network card driver from device manager and download driver from Wireless card manufacturer (Tenda) website and Install manually
